Professional consultancy services

· Direct project involvement. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of technical advice and support regarding the planning and execution of projects at all stages of the exploration, mining and remediation cycle, focusing primarily on mineralogical and geological information requirements. This includes the participation in multi-disciplinary client teams as well as organising and controlling the subcontracting or purchasing of expertise from third party providers should the project be run in its entirety by the Company.

· Indirect project involvement. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of expert advice and guidance regarding the suitability of analytical approaches and strategies regarding the acquisition and use of mineralogical and geological data.

· Quality assurance and control. This includes, but is not limited to, the evaluation of data acquired by clients through other laboratories or by purchasing projects, as well as the assessment of protocols and procedures used by clients for the acquisition and use of mineralogical and geological data. It includes the provision of recommendations for further analysis and, where appropriate, for confirmatory analyses and data acquisition as well as recommendations for changes to protocols.

Business coaching and teaching services

· Coaching of non-technical staff at all levels to provide a general understanding of mineralogical and geological data, and how these relate to their project in terms of viability, variability and performance.

· Teaching of technical and non-technical staff in the area of mineralogical analysis and data evaluation.

· Communication training to provide all subject matter experts involved in a project with the necessary skills to communicate the relevant information from their area of expertise effectively to the other stakeholders and thereby move the project forward in a more cohesive way.

Analytical and Interpretative services

· X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Automated Mineralogy (Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)-based)

Currently these services require sub-contracting the actual (physical) analyses to a third-party laboratory, with a plan to have direct access to XRD analysis in the coming months. The Company and its employees are directing the analyses, parameters and are the primary provider of the interpretation of the data acquired

· Other analyses (e.g. Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Raman Spectroscopy, Thermogravimetric analyses, Mössbauer, etc.)

Access to analytical instruments required for more specialised analyses has been negotiated with third party providers. Where possible, the interpretation of the data generated will be undertaken by the Company and its employees. At the least, the results will be scrutinised and evaluated for robustness and validity, and interpreted to present conclusions relevant to the project.
